ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Jerseys and Tracksuits: As a general rule for any order that only includes jerseys, it takes us 3 working days to process your order, this includes the time from receiving your order to its shipment. Sometimes this time may vary due to a stock shortage on the product or depending on your order if it is accompanied by customizations, in this case if your jersey is personalized the order processing time is approximately 5 days.

DELIVERY TIMES

Once your order is placed, we need 2 to 3 days to process your order, then comes the shipping time which is 7 to 21 days. As a general rule, your package will be delivered to you within 12 days.

We are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your package during its journey.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We deliver worldwide and as quickly as possible, we offer an International Delivery service to allow you to receive your orders very quickly and safely anywhere in the world. For each order a tracking number will be sent to you to follow exactly the progress of your order.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped, you have a maximum of 24 hours to cancel your order.

REFUND ORDER NOT RECEIVED

If 31 days have passed since the departure date of your package without you receiving your order, ALL MAILLOT undertakes to reimburse you in full for your order.
